Vision Australia Radio ‘goes west’ for Wyndham Disability Expo

15 November 2019

Vision Australia Radio is proud to be supporting the Wyndham Disability Expo on Friday 29 November from 10am to 3pm. Wyndham Disability Expo is one of the biggest disability expos in the west of Melbourne. Come along and speak to over 80 local and state-wide NDIS and non-NDIS service providers and disability specific services in our community.

In addition to Vision Australia Radio being a media partner to the event, we will join forces with Vision Australia’s client and employment services on the day to showcase the various ways we can help clients or potential clients in the west of Melbourne live the life they choose, and also ways attendees can actively get involved within our radio network.

Attendees will be able to participate in information sessions throughout the day, learn about services for culturally and linguistic diverse communities, enjoy the fun activities and much more.

“We are thankful to have been invited to this event and the partnership with Wyndham City Council as it is a great opportunity for us to reach out to the community and share information about our live programing and content on demand," national audio business development consultant Jason Gipps said.

"Radio in its traditional form and that of 21st century standards such as digital radio and online streaming allows us to make information accessible to those that need it the most, often at the click of a button. We look forward to sharing todays various forms of content being produced and presented by Vision Australia Radio," Jason said.

No registration required. This is a free Wyndham City event. To learn more, visit the Wyndham disability expo web page. To hear about the Wyndham Disability Expo and Vision Australia Radio's involvement, you can also listen to the expo podcast.
