Vision Australia Radio is excited to provide listeners with a new and convenient option to access a range of the network’s content through streaming platform Spotify.
Listeners can now access a wide range of Vision Australia Radio content as podcasts via Spotify, including popular programs such as Talking Vision, Studio 1 and Talking Tech.
Shane Kendall, Vision Australia Radio production and operational support officer, said the move to Spotify will benefit current Vision Australia Radio listeners and hopefully attract new ones as well.
“Spotify are putting a lot of investment into their podcast platform and I believe it will soon be the place most people go to listen to podcasts,” Shane said.
“I’ve found Spotify to be one of the easier platforms from an accessibility and ease of use point of view, and I'm sure many of our listeners will agree,” he said.
Listeners can access podcasts on Spotify via the Vision Australia Radio general feed, as well as program specific feeds for Talking Tech, Talking Vision and Studio 1.
Users can also find Vision Australia Radio content through searching for “Vision Australia Radio” or specific searches such as “Vision Australia Talking Tech” on Spotify.
Listeners will need a Spotify account, with the option available for free or paid subscriptions, and will be able to stream Vision Australia Radio content from their desktop, internet browser, phone or tablet.
